Delhi, National Capital Territory (NCT)

Introduction
The Union Territory of Delhi is home to two cities famous for being the capital of India at one point in time: New Delhi (British Raj, 1931-1947; India, 1947-present) and Old Delhi (Mughal Empire, 1530–1540; 1554–1556; 1639–1857). Because it has had so many different kingdoms and cultures passing through, there is diversity in its culture, people, and landmarks.
When To Visit
The best time to visit Delhi is between October and March, in the winter. If you go in the summer, make sure to stay inside during the day, because it gets scorching hot!
