Amazon Prime Day 2022 has kicked off in India, the day where Prime members can get exclusive deals on everything from electronics to furniture, so let's explore some of the deals in the Asian country and what Prime Day is.
What is Prime Day? Amazon Prime Day is a 48-hour period that comes every year where Amazon Prime members can get exclusive deals on products. They can also access other perks like free shipping (two-day, one-day, and same-day options), free movies and shows on Prime Video, and free music on Prime Music. The United States already had their Prime Day this year on July 12 and 13.
Now, let's check out some good deals in India. (Note: Prices are in Indian Rupees: ₹ symbol) You can get mobile devices like the iPhone 13, the Samsung Galaxy F23 and M33, and the OnePlus 10 Pro for up to 40% off. Some specific brands like OnePlus have extra savings, so you can save up to ₹15,000 on OnePlus smartphones, ₹14,000 on iQOO smartphones, 40% off on Redmi and Xiaomi smartphones and up to 50% off on Samsung phones. Some of the best Indian cooking oils are also up to 55% off and you can buy luxury fragrances for under ₹2000. You can even get up to 55% off on household devices like Alexa, Fire TV, and Kindle, and over 70% off (or save ₹40,000) on laptops, plus 25% off on desktops. To go with those, PC accessories and office products are also 50% off. For one of the biggest deals in the sale, you can get headphones, smartwatches, and speakers for up to 75% off.
