The huge competition of Eurovision has taken place, with the Swedish singer of Loreen taking home the grand prize with her song, "Loreen." If you don't know, this is a song contest where European countries select their best artists to compete in a contest called Eurovision. This year, the contest took place in Liverpool, England, and Loreen became the first woman and second artist to ever win Eurovision twice, having won it in 2012 as well for her song, "Euphoria." Käärijä (Finland) took runner-up for his song, "Cha Cha Cha," and Noa Kirel (Israel) took home the last podium spot for her song, "Unicorn." Marco Mengoni (Italy) and Alessandra Mele rounded out the top five for their songs, "Due vite" and "Queen of Kings," respectively.
On another note, Cyclone Mocha continues to strengthen in the Bay of Bengal, with sustained winds of over 160 miles per hour (257 kmh). It is heading for a specific area in between the border of Myanmar and Bangladesh, where over 1 million refugees are currently taking shelter in flimsy bamboo and mud houses that could easily be blown away by this intense storm. The cyclone will bring storm surge, flooding, heavy rain, and extremely strong winds, which are enough to blow away even the strongest of homes. Some of its bands have already started impacting the coast, and some towns are alread quite close to the eye wall. If you still can, please evacuate! If this is not possible, make sure to take shelter in a place like a bunker or a safe room, because this storm is likely to blow away your entire house.
