Following the deadly train crash in India on Friday, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw reported that signal error is to blame. “The change in the electronic interlocking caused this accident and whoever did it and whatever are the reasons will be known after investigation," says Vaishnaw. On another note, the US Capitol complex recently went on elevated alert after an unresponsive civilian pilot in a Cessna 560 Citation V plane was intercepted by NORAD and the plane crashed near the George Washington National Forest in Virginia.
