Today, we come with some big news! After over three years, the US public health emergency that was declared in response to COVID-19 has officially ended! However, COVID is still out there, so you should occasionally get tested, just in case.

On another note, Cyclone Mocha has been intensifying in the Bay of Bengal, and it is a big problem for many South Asian countries right now. The massive system is expected to make landfall with sustained winds of up to 140 mph, and it will mainly impact the area around Bangladesh, eastern India, and Myanmar (Burma). However, effects like rain and strong winds could be felt all across India's eastern coast, Bhutan, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and even Vietnam! So if you live anywhere near this area, you may want to evacuate or start preparing for a long, dangerous few days ahead.
