Skytrax's list for the airports with the best staff has been released, with South Korea's Seoul Incheon International Airport taking the win. Skytrax takes into account the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the airport, and it includes all staff anywhere across the airport, including shops and restaurants.

Once again, Asia excelled in this category, taking 7 out of the top 10 spots. The other three spots were taken by European airports, though, an improved result for them since last year, when only one non-Asian airport made it to the top 10.

This year saw a dramatic shift in the list, with Seoul Incheon rising up from third to take the top spot, while last year's winner Tokyo Narita fell down to fifth. Singapore Changi moved up from fourth last year to take second, while Hong Kong came up from sixth to round out the top three in 2025.
