Skytrax's list for the airports with the best staff has been released, with Tokyo's Narita International Airport taking the win. Skytrax takes into account the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the airport, and it includes all staff anywhere across the airport, including shops and restaurants.

Once again, Asia excelled in this category, taking 9 out of the top 10 spots. Munich International was the only airport outside Asia to place in the top 10, taking second place.

The top 5 from last year are the same as this year, but rearranged. Tokyo Narita, the winner, moved up from fourth place last year to first this year, while Seoul Incheon, last year's winner, moved down to third. Munich moved up from fifth to second this year, and Singapore Changi fell from second to fourth. Tokyo's other international airport, Haneda, moved down from third to fifth to round out the top 5.
